How many hours does an AI marketing team actually save?

"Save time" is the laziest promise in marketing software. It sounds good and means nothing, because no one ever says how much. We decided to put a defensible number on it.

Where the hours come from

Charlie covers the work a typical mid-market B2B campaign needs every month: market analysis, strategy, content production across text, image and video, ad campaign management on Google, Meta and Sklik, SEO, analytics, and reporting. We mapped each of Charlie's specialists to the hours that role would otherwise cost, calibrated against mid-market agency benchmarks.

Added up, that lands between 152 and 311 hours per client, per month - roughly two full-time marketers' worth of output.

Why a range, not a single number

A solo founder running one brand and an agency managing twelve clients don't save the same hours. The work scales with scope: more channels, more content, more accounts to audit. What we won't do is quietly inflate the figure or hide how it's built. The calculation lives in the open, per specialist, so you can check the math against your own team.

What to do with the number
